These terms apply to your use of psycheup.com and to the services provided by PsychUp Nursing PC. By using this site or booking care with us, you agree to them.
Effective date:
Appointments and cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be subject to a fee.
Giving us as much notice as possible frees the slot for another patient who needs it.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately following your session, depending on the service and your coverage. We may suspend or decline further services while a balance remains unpaid.
Insurance benefits are verified as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
Client conduct
We ask every client to treat our clinicians and staff with respect. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior — in session, by phone, or in writing — may result in the termination of services.
Not for emergencies
This website and our forms are not monitored around the clock and must never be used for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, call 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Use of this website

The medication refill form is for established PsychUp patients only. Submitting a request is not a guarantee that a refill will be issued; refills are at the clinical discretion of your provider.

PsychUp Nursing PC does not guarantee any particular outcome from treatment. Therapy and psychiatric care are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice from your physician or other qualified health provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Intellectual property
All materials on this site — text, graphics, logos, and downloadable forms — are the property of PsychUp Nursing PC and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed without our prior written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
